Walgreens Ponytail – LINCOLN, NE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Walgreens reported this male left their store with over $600 of unpurchased merchandise. He appears to have dreadlock styled hair pulled back into a pony tail, with tattoos on both arms. If you recognize who he is, say it here!
