Tool Time – LINCOLN, NE POLICE DEPARTMENT

The victim in this case reported a theft of tools from his vehicle which was parked in the 2300 block of C Street. The suspect vehicle had a tire in the bed of the pickup truck. If you know anything about this case, say it here!
