Tattoo Hands

This male is reported to have stolen someone’s wallet from Hyvee, and proceeded to use their credit cards throughout Lincoln. He is seen wearing glasses and appears to have tattoos on both hands. He arrived and left in the pictured Chevrolet Silverado with in transit papers and a dealership front plate. If you recognize who he is, say it here!
