SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED!!

Scheel’s reported the two above came into the store together. The female reportedly put two shirts in her bag and walked out without paying for them. She had two tattoos, the first one on her shoulder and the second one on her thigh. If you know who either of these folks are, say it here!
