Scheels Ski Mask – LINCOLN, NE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Scheels reported this male placed a ski mask into the front of his pants, and left without paying for it. He is seen entering the pictured 2014 Ford Focus and putting on the ski mask. If you recognize who he is, say it here!
