The victim in this case said he was standing near 16th/Washington when he was approached by a white male (inside vehicle as shown) and black male (captured on camera) in their early 20’s. He said the white male told him “Run your pockets!” and when he didn’t do so, the black male pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him. They made off with the victim’s cell phone but he did not have anything else on him. They were believed to be driving a Saturn Vue, silver in color. If you know anything about this case, say it here!
