Lincoln has been seeing an increase in suspects targeting grocery shoppers to take purses/wallets out of their carts, and then using the victim’s credit cards fraudulently for thousands of dollars. These three suspects followed a female in Hyvee, took her items, and then used the credit cards for over $4,000. If you know anything about this case, say it here!
