Graffiti Vandalism – LINCOLN, NE POLICE DEPARTMENT

These two suspects are reported to have sprayed expletive graffiti at Suite One Eleven. One of them is seen carrying a rainbow backpack, and the other appears to have a mark or tattoo on his forehead. If you know anything about this case, say it here!
