Fraud Alert!

The victim in this case had her vehicle parked in a neighborhood near 70th/A when it was rummaged through. Her purse and contents were removed from the vehicle. She discovered her credit card had been used at multiple stores around Lincoln. The suspect above was captured using the card at Kwik Shop on 56th/Holdrege. If you know who this is, say it here!
