The male looks at the camera, shows a rude finger, and aggressively kicks the citizen’s door before running away. Walmart reported this female placed two packs of steak into her purse. When she was confronted by employees, she ran out of the store with the steaks still in her purse, and quickly left the parking lot at a high rate of speed in the pictured vehicle.
