Russ’s Market on 17th and Washington provided video footage of this man who came to the store and loaded up a baby stroller with goods. They say he exited the store and didn’t pay for anything. If you know who he is, Say it Here!
Additional Info (Case # B9-095933): Suspect was also seen at Walgreens on 13th/O Street this same day, same clothing. Walgreens reported he is the suspect of a cologne theft from them.
