How would you feel if you were this driver? You can plainly see that the driver has the green light, yet, the angry youth decide that walking in front of traffic is a smart idea. The driver reacts with blowing his horn, but that makes the jaywalkers angry! One of them strikes the victim’s car as he begins to drive past them once they clear the road.
