Family Dollar in Indian Village reported a male came into the store, walked around for a bit, and they could hear crunching noises coming from his waistband as he tried to exit. An employee followed him out and he handed over a box of Oatmeal Cream Pies and Swedish Fish he had stuffed down his pants. If you know who this is, say it here!
