SUSPECT IDENTIFIED!
U-Stop at 27th and E Street reported this suspect concealed merchandise down his pants and began to exit the store. The suspect was confronted and showed the employee one of his fingers before exiting the store without paying for the merchandise located in his pants. He has a Batman symbol tattooed on his left forearm. If you recognize him, say it here!
